Performance Characteristics
1. By ultrasonic traceless sealing and cutting, the machine produce a pyramid(triangle) tea bag with beautiful bag shape and strong sealing;
2. The automatic quantitative measurement method of electronic scale is convenient for changing the specifications and types of packing;
3. It is controlled by PLC and touchscreen display which makes the performance more stable and easier to operate;
4. The way of feeding adopts the spiral vibration to minimize the damage to the stripe of original leaf tea;
5. The Packing capacity for XY-10SJ/4D is 2100-2400 bags/hour; for XY-100SJ/6D is 2400-3000 bags/hour;
6. The bag shape of pyramid(triangle) sealing bag and flat(rectangle) back sealing bag can be switched to each other by one-key operation;
7. The change between the hanging label tea bag and the wireless label tea bag can be completed only by changing the Packing material.
